We comply with all ISO 9001:2015 requirements

At Intercel, we don’t do things lightly; we strive for quality and continuous improvement, both in our products and in our support and services. For this reason, Intercel has long had a quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standard. For years, ISO 9001 has been a popular and leading standard that focuses on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and, since the most recent version (ISO 9001:2015), risk-based working.

Working according to a quality management system alone is not enough for Intercel; we like to demonstrate through certification that it is independently and positively assessed by an accredited certifying authority. Intercel has been certified by Lloyd’s Register (LRQA) for more than 20 years (since 2001, to be precise!). Those who acquire LRQA’s ISO 9001 certification demonstrate that the quality management system follows a solid and globally recognised approach.

LRQA visited us again this year and, once again, the quality management system was positively assessed, thanks to our hardworking teams, in all levels of the organisation. Some points obviously came up during the audit that need to be resolved, but because we have already identified these ourselves and are already working on them, the auditor assessed that we show a good degree of control. And those points…? We are only happy about that: we strive for continuous improvement for a reason!
